John A. White Golf Course

John A. White Golf Course is a public access, nine-hole golf course that serves as a home of the First Tee – Metro Atlanta. In 2022 I assisted with a significant course renovation that included rebuilding the greens and the sand bunkers. The new greens have a lot of character, with bold contours, and were converted to a warm-season grass. The sand bunker project included filling some bunkers that were poorly placed or causing maintenance issues. The remaining bunkers were re-shaped and rebuilt to improve strategy and lessen maintenance requirements.
